Enterprise Account Executive

NICE Actimize

As a member of the NICE Actimize Enterprise team, I partner with Financial Institutions, FinTech's and Financial Intermediaries; enabling them to proactively detect and prevent fraud, money laundering, and other illicit activities while achieving significant cost savings across the organization.

Service Cloud customer service software includes case management, customer access across all channels, integration with legacy data systems, pre-built integration apps, support ticketing, knowledge base, routing and escalation, and queue management.

Customer support software can help companies streamline service team processes and calls, reducing average call times. This powerful customer service software can also dramatically improve customer satisfaction and problem resolution.

Account Executive - Service Cloud - Emerging Enterprise

Resolver Inc.

Over the last ten years with Resolver, I helped the company grow from 25 employees to over 250 and have been instrumental with the change and growth within the organization. This has also led my personal and career growth and development. I am a proactive team leader and passionate about coaching, training and skill development. 

I was responsible for the Governance, Risk & Compliance and InfoSec sales team. We focused on new business, major accounts and developing strategies to provide the best solution to meet the needs of our customers within North America and Europe. Strategically, I work with my team to continually develop their growth and skills which includes call/meeting reviews, regular 1:1 meetings and breaking down active deals to work on strategy for a successful win. Day-to-day, I worked on growing and expanding Resolver’s largest customers as well as developing new prospects by working with them to uncover their needs, challenges and what their ideal future state is. 

Past Performance:
•	2019 - attained 158% of sales quota while managing, developing and growing the AE team for the GRC division. Part of this growth also included developing training content for new AE's that are external hires
•	2018 – attained 111% of sales quota while managing an SDR team and developing the SDR team structure/training content  
•	2017 – attained 121% of sales quota and was the top ranked Account Executive at Resolver  
•	2014 & 2015 – the top producing Account Executive at Resolver 
•	2013 – closed 113% of sales target, the highest in the company and first to be awarded the Presidents Club award

Sales Manager - Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) & InfoSec

I am responsible for new business, major accounts and developing strategies to provide the best solution to meet our customers needs within North America and Europe. 

I also manage a Sales Development Representative (SDR) team where I am responsible for their career growth, development and coaching to become a potential Account Executive. I am responsible for their day-to-day management and strategy, enabling them to to increase Resolver's inbound and outbound pipeline. 

In addition to sales, I am responsible for:
•	Compliance division strategy and execution
•	Analysis and division reporting

•	In 2013, closed 113% of sales target, the highest in the company and first to be awarded the Presidents Club award
•	2014 & 2015 - Was the top producing Account Executive at Resolver
•	In 2017, attained 121% of sales quota and was the top ranked Account Executive at Resolver

Sales Manager

I am responsible for new business, major accounts and developing strategies to provide the best solution to meet our customers needs within North America and Europe.

•	Responsible for generating and qualifying leads and responding to RFPs 
•	Develop and execute sales strategy to secure identified key target clients 
•	Completed transactions in multiple countries including Canada, United States, Brazil, Germany, United Kingdom, Nigeria, Australia and New Zealand.

Account Director

Executive Coordinator:
•	Worked directly for the management team to support projects for the business
•	Coordinated and participated in the weekly management meetings from 2008 to 2011
•	Coordinated and participated in annual management offsite for strategic planning meetings including budget review and revenue analysis

Project Management:
•	Assisted the Alliance Team with pre-sales preparation and client management
•	Worked with Alliance Managers and Sales Engineers to effectively support and help all partners in the sales process
•	Managed resources and timelines to meet deadlines for sales proposals, demonstrations and RFPs

Alliance Manager:
•	Managed the relationships between Resolver Inc. and key partners including the Ernst &Young, Deloitte, KPMG and PwC 
•	Oversaw the go-to-market strategy with third party vendors, managed and supported their sales processes
•	Completed proposals and RFPs representing Resolver Inc. in partner bids and managed the partner relationship post sale
