Beyond my primary responsibilities, I actively engage in a cross-functional capacity team within our group, where I leverage my expertise to drive IT transformation initiatives and spearhead impactful projects from a user-centric perspective. My hands-on involvement in IT endeavors not only underscores my versatility but also reflects my commitment to driving holistic organizational growth through innovative technology solutions (SAP IBP, Salesforce, Qlikview, TM1, Office, Teams, UX...)

The Degrenne Group which has been established in France for over 60 years, designs, develops and manufactures top of the range premium flatware, porcelain, glassware and hollowware.

Activities and experience includes:
•	Spearhead the Asian market expansion from start-up phase in 2010.
•	Identify opportunities, manage negotiations, logistics coordination
•	Establish strong relationships with regional partners and distributors
•	Direct sales for major regional projects and local partner 
•	Reporting, forecasts, budgeting (yearly forecast, business management proposal, marketing and communication budget, brand positioning)

• Targeting high-potential companies – all kinds of industry (Telecom, Public, Retail…)
• Identification or creation of needs in line with the business domain of clients/prospects
