Hi I am George, I spent the last 30+ years working in my family business and around other family business. During that time I have gain a lot of experience in the Leisure Industry, catering industry, retail, health and safety, facility management, Zoo’s, operations, marketing and PR just to name a few. Anyone that has worked in a family business knows you get exposed to a lot that is not within your remit. All great experience! I decided to turn my attention to working with families in business. I achieved the Advanced Certificate in Family Business Advising with the FFI (Family Firm Institute in America) also gaining a qualification in Interpersonal Mediation. Every family business is different but the issues tend to be the same or very similar. What makes it different is your story and what you want to achieve from your family business? How can I help? We will work together to get to the heart of the issues facing you and the family and work together to over come them, this goes for the entire family system. I can help with, succession planning, sibling rivalry, having difficult conversation with the family, bringing in outside management and building a plan for the future of the business to pass onto the next generation.
