Overseeing the development of the online social game Habbo on 3 platforms. Responsible for the production pipeline optimization, team management and coordination of different game departments.

Key Achievements:
• Refined and improved development and release processes, increasing the delivery rate of updates from monthly to bi-weekly.
• Implemented best practices of the Scrum framework (Definition of Ready, Definition of Done, Acceptance Criteria, etc.), which led to smoother collaboration between development teams and increased stability of production releases (features/defects ratio) from 45% to 75%.

Game Producer

UralChem

Worked on transferring the development from outsourcing (5 people) to in-house (12 people) team. Responsible for planning, budgeting and implementation of performance indicators for the cross-team project. Delivered a massive tech upgrade with UX\UI improvements for the web application. Together with Product Lead worked on implementing the Customer Development approach for product researches.

Key Achievements:
•Improved the production pipeline for the in-house team, decreasing the initial estimation of tech upgrade from 2 to 1 year.
•Optimized scope and budgeting for the cross-team integration project, lowering the required resources by 45%.
•Working closely with regional UralChem sales offices around Russia, implemented usage of the web application for 6 more regions.

Senior Project Manager

Responsible for implementing the crop fields monitoring web tool for the sales team of agricultural consultants. Worked with key stakeholders to define requirements and delivery milestones. Together with development and QA teams' leads created the development pipeline for product shipping.

Key Achievements:
•Refined the content and key features of the web tool, which increased the sales team's coverage from 1 to 4 different regions.
•Established the requirements structure, lowering testing cycles from 7 to 3 days.
•Optimized communication between stakeholders and the development team, which lowered the change management cycle from 3 to 1 week.

Project Manager

I am a passionate producer with experience in game development, project management and agile practices. 
I participated in the development of an internal web tool for UralChem — one of the biggest chemical companies in Russia. Now I'm overseeing the production process of the Habbo game at Sulake in Finland, Helsinki.

I enjoy guitar music, sci-fi literature, video and tabletop games in my free time.
