Hey there! My journey in the business world started in high school, where I jumped into the deep end as a customer service clerk working evenings and weekends in a bank. It was all about balancing work and funding my university education. But hey, this was also when I got hooked on how processes, technology, and people can be leveraged to revolutionize how we do business. From there, I've been on a journey with multiple opportunities to address large business problems and enterprise transformations by addressing people, process, and technology challenges, primarily in financial services. My journey has taken me across the globe, immersing me in diverse cultures and equipping me with language skills. These experiences have shaped me into a versatile transformation professional adept at navigating different business environments. My expertise spans business architecture, operations, sales, security, program management, and cutting-edge IT strategies and technologies, making me an asset in any international setting. One of my proudest accomplishments was leading a digital transformation for an international banking group spread across 20+ countries and dealing with three languages. With a budget of over $100M and a team of over 200 professionals, it required the development of serious program and project management skills quickly. I spearheaded the business process design, vendor engagement, and project management, integrating innovative applications for retail lending, teller functions, a payments platform, transaction control, and finance and treasury solutions. It was a wild ride, but we pulled it off, a game-changer for the company. To top it off, I've also been successful in start-ups, consulting, agile SDLC, performance management, collaborating with integration providers and offering strategic insights to top executives. I've led programs that have built IT credibility, established robust architecture, and embraced agile principles to keep us ahead. My journey is far from over. I am deeply committed to continuous learning and process efficiencies as the tech landscape evolves.
