Hi, I'm George. I am currently a commercial agent in the commercial team at Loveitts - Sheldon Bosley Knight where I deal with Leasing and Lettings, Sales and Purchase and Landlord and Tenant. It's an exciting journey where I get to apply my knowledge and skills to drive success in the real estate sector. Prior to this role, I leveraged my expertise as a Graduate in the Consultancy and Strategy Team at Carter Jonas, where I specialised in Business Cases and Options Appraisals for complex real estate projects. My role involved analysing market trends, evaluating investment opportunities, and developing tailored strategies to meet our clients' objectives. I completed my Masters in Real Estate at Heriot-Watt University, expanding my understanding of the industry and enhancing my capabilities to excel in a dynamic market environment. This experience, coupled with my Bachelor's degree in Management and German Studies from Lancaster University, has equipped me with a strong academic foundation and a deep understanding of real estate principles. Throughout my academic and professional journey, I've had the privilege of gaining diverse experiences, from internships at Deloitte and Engel and Völkers to co-founding a Non-Profit Organization in Spain (Associació Junts Per Andratx). These experiences have not only broadened my perspective but also reinforced my passion for making a positive impact on communities and businesses. Outside of work, you'll often find me engaging in outdoor activities like Rock Climbing, Tennis, and Cycling, which allow me to recharge and stay balanced. Fluent in English, Spanish, Catalan and proficient in German, I bring a multicultural perspective to my work and thrive in collaborative environments.
