I've bounced around several industries before finding what I believe will be my forever home in People Development. I've always been driven to get the most out of people and processes. Passion, efficiency, drive, motivation, inspiration, and wellbeing are critical to performing at a high level. And my goal is to help people achieve their goals by providing them resources that will inspire and motivate them to be successful while minimizing stress and maintaining non-toxic positivity. We all have our bad days, and that's ok. It's part of growing and learning from our experiences. I work for McLean & Company where our goal is to enable HR leaders and teams to be their best selves and implement programs and initiatives that allow themselves and the people at their organizations to thrive. All while delivering exceptional metrics to their top executives and board members. We offer research at the forefront of HR trends and best practices provided by over 900+ CHROs, CPOs, Senior VPs of HR and other C Suite executives across multiple industries. Most importantly, we provide advice and trainings for HR professionals to apply that research in tactical and practical ways to achieve their organizational goals and initiatives. Outside of McLean, I can be found at Velocity Bicycle Cooperative working to make Alexandria a more inclusive and equitable cycling community. I am extremely passionate about cycling and enjoy riding my bikes and helping those learn more about bike safety and maintenance. Additionally, I love running in Ragnar Trail Relays.
