Digital Product Analyst 

• Digital Global Expansion: 
     o	Global Sales Digital Optimization: develop standardized customer support manual for global back- 
        office customer support teams 
     o	 Create monthly/quarterly and annual UPS Forwarding Hub (UFH) customer support inquiries 
        reports to summarize trends, measure support and customer engagement with digital application 
• Digital Strategy: 
     o	 Translate UFH help center content to German

Content Support Specialist 

Delta Flight Products

•	Maintain and perform monthly integration of the content for the DFP Wireless IFE system, including video and audio reviews, metadata reviews and management on CMS (Content Management System).
•      Create user sample cases for digital content management portal (SkyBox Portal) 
•      Work alongside management to create digital content portal scope of work that can later be developed by technical teams
•      Communicate with Delta Air Lines’ marketing team to ensure that SkyBox digital marketing strategies align with Delta’s marketing vision for the content services portal.
•      Provision new software updates onto screen racks to test and report updates/changes from one software version to the next.
•     Create software issue tickets on JIRA portal for software engineers to team work on.

• Log and track all incoming assets through a pre-visual quality check process and communicate status of delivery to internal and external parties.
• Validate quality of content and technical compliance including audio/video sync issues, language verification and metadata correctness.
