Hired as Director of Infusion, I lead a team of 17 to support operational management across three infusion pharmacies and an outpatient infusion center. I drove standardization, improved scheduling, and inventory management leading to cost savings while concurrently partnering with the growth team for new initiatives to drive a 26% increase in revenue.

As General Manager, I led a team of 7 direct reports and 250 third-level reports covering Human Resources, Client Services, Finance, and Sales departments to support the growth and management of a $6 million annual franchise operating budget. In addition to operational management, I improved billable hours and managed end-to-end projects, including the implementation of Salesforce.

As the Area Vice President for a national home infusion company, I provided executive leadership to ensure the delivery of safe, efficient, and effective patient care throughout the Northeast region. This included creating and administering annual budgets for 11 states and 20 care management centers. 

Key Accomplishments: 
•	Led a team of 14 direct reports for a $500M P&L, consisting of 11 states and 20 care management centers for operational excellence and process improvement initiatives

•	Strategized and improved over 30 KPIs across a nationwide team including growth initiatives, client care/satisfaction, client data accuracy, and nursing productivity leading to increased Northeast average Quality Site Assessment Scores from 82.45% to 95.15%

•	Decreased monthly cost of service by $763K through Northeast Operations reorganization and partnered with direct reports including Sr. Directors to implement and transition the organization

Area Vice President, Northeast Operations

As the Senior Director of Operations for a national home infusion company, I maintained ownership of two management care center locations, including responsibility for operational improvements, financial performance, and patient care. This included partnering with the senior leadership team to drive market development strategies. 

Key Accomplishments: 
•	Strategized new operational management processes including sales team reorganization, sales refocus, operations reorganization, and inventory controls leading to net revenue increase of 35%, operating expense reduction of 28%, and 10% decrease in cost of goods sold

Senior Director, Operations

As the Vice President of Midwest Operations, maintained ownership of operations in five states and ten corporate-owned locations prior to OptionCare's acquisition by Walgreens. This included operational performance for all assigned locations, including the establishment of long- and short-term operating objectives and plans.

•	Managed a team of 10 General Managers for a $100M operation spanning five states and ten corporate-owned locations for operational needs and improvements

•	Increased net operating income by 10% within six months by focusing on location reorganization and operational efficiency efforts

Vice President, Mid-West Operations

SpectraCare

As the Vice President of North Operations for a home infusion and Medicare Certified Home Health company, I maintained ownership of all SpectraCare company sales and operations in the North region. 

Key Accomplishments: 
•	Oversaw a $45M operation encompassing all SpectraCare companies (Home infusion, Medicare Certified Home Health Agencies, and Private Duty) across five states

•	Developed, managed, and mentored a top-performing team of 21 direct reports, consisting of 12 sales representatives, 3 pharmacy managers, and 6 home health administrators
