_Completed FY 2023 with our highest ever number of new client wins
_Developed a customer-research support multichannel global marketing plan focused on agency growth (focused on UK, European, and US markets).
_Defined annual marketing budget and attributable spend across tactics and activities.
_Refined and optimised Growth Toolkit for client services and strategy teams.
_To date, won new clients such as Trustpilot, Grant Thornton, Wood Mackenzie, Nemetschek Group, and Gulftech Group [Post-win prospect survey results 9.8/10 satisfaction with new business process].

Head of Growth

_Created a brand-new new business function, including developing all processes and tools, and responsible for developing, implementing and owning new business strategy and activity.
_In first year of new role, increased new business revenue by 352% (surpassing first year target)
_Increased new business annual revenue year on year.
_Managed agency team input and collaboration into proposal/pitch responses.
_Won new clients such as ASUS, WSP, Allianz, Rentokil Initial, Mitie, and Which? [Post-win survey results 9.6/10 satisfaction with new business process].
_Created a brand-new ‘key client development programme,’ including developing all processes and tools, and implementing within the wider agency across Client Services and Strategy teams.
_Adopted responsibility for all agency marketing: devising marketing strategy, building marketing team, and executing against plan.

New Business Director

_Directed multiple projects and client accounts simultaneously, including Instagram, Facebook, ADP, Savanta, Global Eagle, and ProQuo AI.
_Led nine successful new business wins for Facebook, ADP, Savanta, Travelodge, Global Eagle, McGill & Partners, ProQuo AI, Atcore and Trolex [two of which came through working relationship-based referrals] 
_Full client account P&L responsibility reporting into the board.
_Responsible for direct reports: Client Managers and Client Executives.

Client Director

_Managed multiple client accounts simultaneously, including Google, Instagram, Fujitsu, NEST, Canon, Smurfit Kappa, Digital Realty, London Business School, ILM, Moneypenny, and the Natural History Museum.
_Full client account financial and forecasting responsibility.
_Managed direct report: Client Executive.

A new chapter awaits! 📖 

After more than 8 wonderful years leading Talent Acquisition for various WPP agencies, the time has come for me to seek pastures new.

Like many of my peers in TA who have shared heartfelt posts in facing redundancy lately and looking for work, I have also now found myself in this space. Whilst this is unnerving (plus all the other shared emotions that come with this), reflecting back, I have dearly loved every minute working for this fantastic group and had the fortune to work with and be inspired by so many incredibly talented, caring and passionate people along the way.

A special mention to one of THE BEST TA teams in the business who I most recently had the absolute pleasure and privilege of leading. Pic of us in the main slide below and, I am probably going to be in trouble with them for posting these too but, at the end of this reel of snaps from the past few years I’ve included a couple of the attempts it took us to finally get that team shot we’ve been trying to capture!  😂 😍 

So proud of what we achieved, but also how much I have grown professionally in this time.

THANK YOU to everyone I’ve worked with at VML, WPP, GTB, Hill & Knowlton (where my WPP journey began) and of course the awesome group of people at WPP Unite. I’m so grateful to have met you and for the opportunity of working with you all.

So, this does now mean for the first time in a while that I am seeking my next project and am available for any interim or contract work or indeed permanent opportunities…
