Strategic Product & Enterprise Sales Leader My experience building complex tools and selling them in the wealth management space is extensive. My expertise includes working with organizational leaders of large RIAs/Aggregators/Broker Dealers/Custodians and Carriers to solve for enterprise technology problems in our space, as well as building the teams to develop the product. Fundamentally, I focus on implementing cutting edge solutions that make the user experience better for advisors, clients, and the institutions in that orbit. I’ve sold products ranging from complex web-native ecosystems that support integration experiences that span organizational personas, to simple solutions that make viewing a balance easier for a client, or an easier way to open an account. On the product side, I’ve worked on CRM builds, Client Portals, Task Manager builds, Platform builds, and more. All of my projects included event driven API calls, ETL processes, CRM integrations, portfolio modeling, rebalancing, trading, DAO, client acquisition, eSig, document storage, email capture, performance reporting, fee billing and management, account aggregation, client portals, multi custodial account integrations, all in the context of SEC/FINRA compliance regulations. My primary domain is CRM. How I got to this point: For over a decade, the team I led developed an integrated, purpose-built CRM platform called Grendel from the ground up. Our goal was to make life easier for financial advisors. After 12 years of bootstrapped success, the firm and its team were acquired in May of 2019 as part of a product and talent acquisition by Equisoft. My team concurrently built, operated, and rolled up a dually registered RIA into one of the largest firms in the industry (WEG). Consequently, I have a deep understanding of the business application of most advisory software applications.
