Currently, I am the co-founder of We Create Popular (WCP), a social-first entertainment company and scaling partner for creators. At WCP, we help creators by plugging in our world-class operational team to amplify their influence and monetise their content. From visual and sound branding (with our in-house platinum-selling record producer) to live event management, merchandising, and international joint ventures, we manage the UK’s most ambitious creator talent. Our expertise extends to developing animated content, global product lines, and even restaurant ventures. My career began in PR, managing household names like Vegemite, Groupon, Smirnoff, and Woolworths. I then transitioned to in-house roles with global companies such as Westfield and Pernod Ricard, honing my expertise in brand storytelling and market penetration. As co-founder of Silverfox Management Group, the first agency in Australia and New Zealand to exclusively represent mature-age models, we redefined how brands connect with older audiences. Dubbed a “baby boomer whisperer” by The Australian Financial Review, Silverfox is reshaping the advertising for the older generation. Previously, as co-founder (exited) at Trichomia, we launched Soul Seed hemp foods and Hemple CBD brands. Soul Seed secured national distribution in Coles and Woolworths, while Hemple achieved “cult status” according to Forbes, The Telegraph UK and distribution in over 300 specialty stores across Australia, the UK, and the US. I have contributed to Forbes and PR week and the brands I’ve built have been featured in Stylist, The Daily Mail, The Australian Financial Review, SmartCompany, and more. Whether scaling startups, partnering with leading creators, or driving marketing innovation for established brands, my mission is clear: to empower businesses and talent to stand out, grow, and win in a crowded market.
