This is how I manifest my goals every 90 days:

1. I re-evaluate my values 
2. I do a visualisation meditation of my dream life
3. I realise what's most important to my heart > ego
4. I set 3-5 goals for the next 90 days 
5. I break it down into daily + weekly action steps 
6. I work with my coach on my blocks 
7. I decide what to let go of in order to create space 
8. I set a reward for when I hit each goal
9. I meditate daily on my manifestations

I do this every 90 days. 

It's how I live on a different frequency. 

For example: 
It actually made me feel sick to start posting about how I get such good results in my business on Instagram

But I worked on it with my coach. 

Posted the post that gave me the ick. 

And got used to this discomfort being the next level of my growth.

It gets better after a while. 

Best of all, instead of getting caught up in the rat race.

Or keeping up with what every other guru on Linkedin is doing. 

I just stick to my values, and take action. 

Regardless of how uncomfortable it feels.

Growth IS uncomfortable. 

(I've even got alarms on my phone to remind me to mediate, lol) 

Realistically you do have 30 mins per day you could commit to manifestation. 

It just depends how much you really want it.

You decide.

If you want to be successful all you need to do is be the hardest worker. 

- Sacrifice your personal life 
- Work more
- Sleep less 

Pick up mild depression along the way. 

Because life isn't about being happy. 

It's about having more money in your bank account. 

It doesn't matter if other people don't get it. 

All you need to do is keep working. 

Happiness is just a distraction. 

It's for un-successful people. 

- Don't take a day off
- Don't go on holiday
- Don't enjoy yourself

Definitely don't spend as much time with your loved ones as you do staring at a computer screen. 

Focus on your bank account. 

Wear uncomfortable clothes, heels and suits so that you look good. 

That will hide the fact you feel like shit. 

Then you become better than everyone else. 

You don't even need friends anyway.

And if anyone tries to tell you to do what actually makes you happy.

Ignore them. 

They're losers. 

PS: It's the 1st of April... 

If you are terrified of going after your dreams, you need to hear this.

Firstly, fear is not a sign that you are:

🙅🏼‍♀️Not ready 
🙅🏼‍♀️Not financially secure enough
🙅🏼‍♀️Not in the "perfect position" to achieve your goals 

Fear is a sign that you are dreaming big enough.

...AND that your brain is functioning the way it has been programmed to.

Your brain wired to keep you safe.

Which is why your brain loves comfort, and hates change.

But if you've got a big dream. 

Guess what that means?

CHANGE is on the horizon. 

🚨...So your brain sounds the alarm.

To make you freeze in fear, or run the other way to “safety” 

But this design is a little, well, a-lot outdated

It was excellent at keeping us safe when we needed to flee from wild animals and not eat unfamiliar potentially poisonous fruits.

BUT 

In today's world our brain signals that danger siren when we are about to take risks that aren't actually life-threatening but are rather life changing. 

Even if for the better!

I see so many women with dreams of…

👩🏼‍💻Starting a business
🏝️Booking a flight
✨Leaving a job  
👉🏼Making a big life change  

That feel fear and discomfort. 

"I won't have enough money" 

OR 

"What if I fail"

So they abandon their dreams because they see it as a sign that it's not the right decision or they aren’t ready. 

But no matter how much work you do

Your brain is always going to send that little alarm.

With every new level we reach, a new siren sounds.

But you do have a choice right now. 

🪧 Choose to see it as a sign that your dreams are big enough. 

Rather than as a sign to freeze, or run 🏃‍♀️

And damn isn't that exciting?!

- Doing what I love is the safest option
- My resilience counters risk
- My skills are my security 

It's SO sad to see people scared to leave a job that actually drains them. 

Here’s what helped me to get rid of the quitting scaries:

- Remembering I could actually get a job again if I needed to 
- Imagining being stuck in something I hate forever...
- Getting clear on what I bring to the table
- Focusing on what makes me unique
- Listing out all my skills 
- Making an action plan

Honestly what is really scarier? 

A) Quitting the "safe" job that you seriously don't enjoy?

or 

B) Staying in that same draining job your whole life?

There's ALWAYS something you can do to change your story.

This week I've been organising a DJ Retreat.

Called in by Tom Staar, who produces for people like... David Guetta.

In his words: "It's highly likely that i help your fave artists with their music production, on the down low" 

And that's an understatement. 

This week we are: 

→ Bringing together top musicians from ALL over the world to collaborate 
→ Making sure all the artists get to the right places at the right time 😅
→ Running 7 studios at a time, for a whole week
→ Filming content in each studio / villa
→ Getting everyone fed (lol)

Our team is:

→ Creating FIRE collaborations (Tom Staar is a magician)
→ Fine tuning music across 35 artist sessions (Mark is a genius)
→ Crafting killer content (Pete, Joyce and Kei are ace)
→ Answering every tech need (Harley is a legend)
→ Making delicious meals between sessions (Roland and Matt are superstars)
→ Hot on it with last minute needs (Anna is a life saver)

I am so in awe of this team.

We're a small team.

But together, we're literally making new music possible all over the world. 

The result of this week will no doubt be legendary. 

And it's only Day 3. 

Bringing creatives together is my favourite thing ever. 

Even if it is a huge jigsaw puzzle. 

I love it.

Dear freedom-seeking entrepreneurs, 

Running your dream business (without constant stress) doesn't happen by:

- Working the hardest and keeping your head down
- Avoiding getting mentorship 
- Being 'busy'

What freedom-based business actually requires:

- Regularly reviewing your values/goals to drive your decisions
- Being brave enough to get a mentor who's done it
- Openness to working smart > hard

I know because I did it myself.

It got me from stressing out about a business that wasn't 100% exciting me.

In 6 months of intentional action.

You're creating your unique movement in this world.

It's a win-win-win.

I've spent way too long comparing myself to other entrepreneurs. 

It's exhausting trying to keep up with trends. 

It's ridiculous to think you'll be wildly successful by copying and being 1 step behind.

So I decided to create my own lane.

How? 

✖️ Stopped looking to others for inspo before I create my content 
💃 Started tapping into what I want to express 

✖️ Stopped looking at someone's viral post and trying to make my version of it 
🌴 Started realising what works for me is my uniqueness

✖️ Stopped feeling shit if someone's success story looks better than mine
🧘‍♀️ Started embracing the stage I'm at in my story 

I'm so bored of copycat content culture.

It's time to make your content your vibe. 

Not a copy paste of the latest creator.

Inside my Mastermind SANCTIFY, attracting the right clients is a big deal.

Have you ever felt like your business is consuming every ounce of your energy? 

That feeling of drowning in tasks, with not enough hours in the day?

I've been there, and at times have felt like this meant I was successful because I was busy.

Busy ≠ Successful.

It's an illusion. 

And I get it, it's easy to get caught up in the whirlwind of entrepreneurship.

To feel like our worth is tied to how much we accomplish in a day. 

But here's the thing I've come to realize:

I am enough. 

Even without:

- Ticking off my *endless* to do list 
- My business existing
- Working all hours

Because the truth is, we are more than our to-do lists, businesses, and busyness.

Shifting away from the scarcity mindset of: 

"Not enough hours in a day"

 - has been a game-changer for me. 

It's not about the time we have.

It's about how we choose to prioritise that time. 

Taking charge of my calendar is one of the most empowering things I've ever done. 

Instead of letting random "urgent" tasks dictate my day... 

I check in with this question: 

→ Is this task supporting the future I'd like to create for myself?

If it's not, I literally do not do it. 

And I bet you that you don't actually HAVE to do half of the things rolling around in your head that you *need* to-do.

So if you're feeling overwhelmed by the never-ending demands of your business, remember this: 

You are in charge of your calendar.

Stop pretending you're not. 

Re-claim your time. Re-claim your power. Re-claim your peace.

- Struggled with lockdown

- Utilised meditation, coaching and yoga as tools for soulful success.

- Meditated a lot

Then I turned my learnings into retreat experiences and coaching. 

Specifically to help others do what I've managed to do! 

1 year ago: 

- Proven hustle culture isn't the ONLY way to do business.
- Helped others to do what I've done (their way)
- Hosted retreats for 100's of people

Today: 

- Living and breathing Sancti's freedom-based business model
- Just travelled to Bali and Australia for 2 months
- Still living in Ibiza

I’ve made some big moves.

Often people will ask:

”Wasn’t that a big risk to leave your job, start a business, and move abroad?”

Yes it was.

But the best thing I learnt?

I never lost anything important when I followed this rule:

→ Take risks that feel alive and true to your heart.

Here’s 2 things I recommend to anyone:

1. Become comfortable feeling uncomfortable.
2. Go on a personal growth retreat

It’s a fast track to fulfilled success.

The majority of the change for me happened due to the new experiences I was exposed to.

So, Sancti is more than a retreat.

It’s an experience that can actually change your life. 

Like it did for Natalia who was working a 9-5 craving more freedom. 

Now she's travelling the world and working for herself! 

Or Annie who was making money in her business already.

But she couldn't see a way to do it without the stress until Sancti.

My biggest struggles as a new entrepreneur (seeking freedom) were:

1. Fluctuating income
2. Overworking and overcompensating 
3. Selling without feeling sleazy 
4. Business partners that didn't fit 
5. Wasting time with flaky investors 
6. Getting ghosted by potential clients 

If you're reading this and struggling with the same, here's my advice:

1. Create your hero offer/product and focus on that 
2. Get clear on your values, step back if you're compromising them
3. Focus your sales strategy on how you can help > how you can profit
4. If your business partner is too similar to you, consider going solo
5. Make money before you waste time playing the investor game
6. Create an inbound marketing strategy so people are ready to buy from you by the time they reach out

I started my business without fancy sales funnels.

You can do this too (without stressing yourself out)

1. Get clarity on your purpose
↳ What are YOU uniquely on this planet to do? 

Stop copycat content culture, and start creating content around your unique skills and experiences.

2. Tweak your offer suite
↳ The numbers need to make sense 

Stop selling your time for money. 

Quit with the hourly / daily rate malarkey. 

Charge based on your ability to deliver results and solve a problem. 

Watch yourself create free time with wayyyy less effort.

3. Consistently serve 
↳ Stop trying to sell. Start trying to serve. 

In your marketing, in your content, in your DM's, in your sales calls...

Focus on genuinely helping someone. Show your value.

4. Ask for the sale 
↳ Stop trying to be nice or fluff around the fact you're doing a job. 

Don't leave it down to chance or "thinking about it" 

Next time someone expresses interest in your services simply ASK: "would you like to go for it?"

5. Detach from the outcome 
↳ Now you've got an immediate yes or no... 

Get over it! 

If someone isn't ready right now, that's absolutely fine. You're still serving. Maybe they'll be back in the future. Move forwards, not backwards.  

The key to a success that feels soulful?

It's constantly checking in with your purpose. 

When you do this consistently, you avoid hustle culture. 

Then, you can stop distracting yourself with organising the world's fanciest funnel powered by an AI bot you've never even heard of. 

You find YOUR flow. 

Follow these simple steps for the next 6 months.

Heartbreak. Visas. Starting a business. 

I met Nicole in Ibiza in 2021.

We were both heartbroken. 

Our lives felt in pieces, we were starting from scratch. 

But we had met each other by 'chance', and lived together when I first arrived in Ibiza.

(When I was a very different person to who I am today!)

...And it was the start of a really special friendship.

We met each other in the darkest times, but deep down, we knew it would be the making of us.

Today it's 3 years later and I've flown to Sydney Australia to see Nicole. 

It is a real full circle moment.
