Monneti.bg is the biggest numismatic coin shop in Bulgaria, part of Tavex Group .

As the main sales representative in the store I was handling a lot of operational and sales processes including: 
physical and online sales, consulting clients on their gold and silver investment portfolio, sales reports, customer support, website content management, social media management. 
That is how I gained interest and skills in social media marketing , content marketing, digital marketing and advertising at all and had the opportunity to increase my sales and negotiation skills.

As a sales consultant my responsibilities included consulting clients about their gold and silver investment strategies, exchanging money and executing money transfers. My main goal was to achieve the highest possible level of customer satisfaction and to deliver the best possible service.

During my Bachelor's degree studies I had the chance to do 6 month internship as part of European Union program for science and education in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, Youth and Science in Bulgaria.
All students participating in the project had the task to fully adapt one text book from word file to web page by using the  Microsoft Expression Web 4 - HTML editor and support the process of creating e-learning content for students in distance form of education of the University of national and world economy.
