Over the course of my career I have advised and supported hundreds of executives and organisations globally with talent advisory, career assessment and transition, specifically across management consulting, tech services and private equity. In addition to my coaching business, I run exclusive retreats each year where there is a combined emphasis on the vital connection between executive coaching and holistic well-being. A typical retreat includes 1-2-1 and group coaching, nutrition, exercise and rest & relaxation. It’s a great experience for those looking to making lasting connections with new people and take away tangible, practical learnings that support professional and personal success and wellbeing. Whilst I'm doing what I love, in my personal time, I'm working hard towards my 4/4 big goal for 2024 - an 18 handicap in golf (currently I'm about 30!). Watch this space :)
