As a Technical Solutions Analyst at Benevity, I have been responsible for providing pre-sales support and training materials to ensure the ongoing development and success of team members. I work closely with Account Executives to prepare and deliver key messages, including preparation for demos, creation of custom resources, and development of business cases. I also collaborate with Sales, Solution Consultants, and Proposal Writers to develop proposal strategy and assist in crafting proposal responses. My role includes working directly with Client Success to develop and maintain a client story library and client reference program for both Sales and Solution Consulting. Additionally, I help drive the technology evaluation stage by completing questionnaires and supporting the maintenance of the question library. I also conduct technical solution enablement and training for Sales Representatives and new teammate hires. My technical expertise includes SaaS applications and work management tools such as Asana, Salesforce, Loopio, Aha!, Jira, Confluence, Gong, Reflektive, Brandfolder, Lucidchart, Klue, Keynote, Slack.

• Effctively managed a high volume of cause support inquiries and requests in a timely manner, while working to foster positive relationships with causes globally, using ZenDesk, phone, and chat tools.
