- Managing end to end recruitment processes for a broad range of roles (management & key specialists in broadcasting as well as tech/IT)
- Providig strategic and operational support to HR partners & hiring managers
- Developing & optimising SRs recruitment process & talent management practices 
- Close collaboration with EB, L&D and D&I colleagues 

Sveriges Radio is Sweden's national publicly funded radio broadcaster. I belong to the central HR function, working towards the whole organisation (2000+ employees across Sweden).

-Managing development projects (website www.talentia.se and candidate evaluation tool TalentiaTool, in which we redesigned an internal tool to double as a SaaS)

-Sounding board to founders of portfolio companies (when I left the firm we had invested in four exciting startups, in HR, sales & marketing tech)

Markets Speaking AB was an international market research company focusing on sub-Saharan African markets. The company provided updated and cross-validated market information to support decisions regarding:

Markets Speaking's clients ranged from global giants (incl. a GAFA firm), where we provided strategic and operational support in roll-outs, to helping local businesses gain insights about their brand. During a few fast-paced years, we (three founders - one Ghanaian and two Swedish) employed ~50 students in our projects and delivered reports from the following markets: Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya, Tanzania and Ethiopia.

(Today, Markets Speaking operates from Ghana and is owned locally. It continues to serve companies expanding in Africa.)
