Spearheaded HR/WHS Saas tools Go-to-Market strategies targeting specific industries (Construction, Health, Retail, Hospitality) to increase revenue for flagship premium and Saas products and services offering up to $300,000 in new sales the first year with total value of $700,000 in ARR. Implement strategies and execute outbound campaigns to increase revenue acquisition.
Implemented customer engagement via Zoom live demonstrations to increase sales opportunities with 45% conversion.

How did Cynthia Dearin GAICD feel this morning waking up in Canberra. Still a little stunned? Indeed...

Last night at the French-Australian Excellence Awards, Dearin & Associates received the International Expansion & Value Creation award—an unexpected honour Cynthia shared with Romain Bertin , Director of CYLAD Australia.

She is not French—not even a bit—but she has loved France, the language and culture since she was a child. From lunchtime classes at HIGHFIELDS SCHOOL to French lessons at Abbotsleigh, a year at Rennes II, and a life-changing internship at Australian Trade and Investment Commission (Austrade) in Paris—French has been a thread through her life.

At Dearin & Associates, working with Cynthia and Nicolas BRIAND in Sydney, and Tatiana Miron, in Paris  together with our French and francophone clients and partners, allows us to retain our distinctive French flair.

Cynthia has also very Australian bilingual children who can’t wait to explore France themselves.

It was inspiring to see the strength of the France–Australia connection last night. Thank you François Vantomme and Bernard Le Boursicot for creating these awards, and His Excellency Pierre-Andre Imbert for the warm welcome.

Hier soir, lors des Prix de l’Excellence Franco-Australienne, j’ai eu l’honneur de recevoir le prix Expansion Internationale & Création de Valeur—un privilège inattendu que j’ai partagé avec Romain Bertin, Directeur de Cylad Australia.

Quand l’annonce a été faite, j’étais sous le choc. Je ne suis pas française, mais j’aime la France, la langue et la culture depuis l’enfance. Des cours de français à Highfields Prep, au lycée, une année à Rennes II et un stage inoubliable chez Austrade à Paris—le français ne m’a jamais quittée.

Grâce à des amis francophones qui ont corrigé mon accent, partagé leurs livres et m’ont accueillie chez eux, j’ai gardé ce lien avec la France, même à distance.

Aujourd’hui chez Dearn & Associates, j’ai la chance de travailler avec Nicolas Briand, Gerald Garcia et Tatiana Miron—et avec des clients francophones, ce qui me ravit.

J’ai aussi deux enfants très australiens et très bilingues, impatients de vivre leur propre aventure en France.
