After several experiences as an entrepreneur, chairman and CEO, since 2017 I am an international leadership coach. I founded OUT AS HUMANS, to create, produce, license and distribute the homonymous performing arts live show to high-profile individuals, corporates, organizations and conventions of leaders worldwide. Previously, I created PRELUDES, a coaching program to humanize leaders, organizations and their stakeholders through creative and powerful original experiences (www.preludes.me). Decision-making debates, corporate mottos, emotions-focused team meetings, client interaction models to name a few. Furthermore, I created BE EXTRAORDINARY INDIVIDUALS, a speech to executives about vulnerability, VEBATE, a format of decision-making debate and LEADER IN THE MIRROR, a format of interview with the use of a mirror for a magazine column. Author and speaker, in particular at the LSE, I created, curate and teach the post-graduate training program LEADERNESS (Extraordinary Leadership) at SUPSI in Switzerland. Since 2013 I have been a member of YPO Young Presidents’ Organization, the world’s largest community of leaders and CEO, and I am the Founder and Chair of the Southern Switzerland chapter and the Co-founder of the North Star global impact chapter. I have also been the Chair of the Gold Italy chapter. I hold a degree in Business Economics from Università Bocconi in Milan, with a year of specialization from HEC Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales in Paris, a Master Of Laws LLM from LSE London School of Economics and an ICF Accredited Coaching Training Program from Erickson Coaching International.
