Took care of four major business units of a DAX company and ensured profitability and customer satisfaction over all business lines. 

Main responsibility was building relationships at every level, dealing with escalations, as well as selling new services to keep and grow DXC business. 

Additionally took over the role as Account Delivery Lead to enhance service quality and acted as single point of contact for more than 100 delivery resources.

Responsible as a Key Account Manager for four major Business Units of a DAX company and single point of contact for new business, working the commercial side of projects, planning, and customer satisfaction. 

Mainly concentrated on the worldwide SAP contract and planned and delivered more than 200 contracts.

- Owned P/L for instrastructure services

Key Account Manager

From September 2009 to September 2012 I have been a Student of Business Information Systems and participating in the HP Dual Study Program in Cooperation with the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) in Stuttgart. 

The HP Dual Study Program requires doing five internships for 3-4 months in different divisions of HP. The combination of practical experience and acquiring knowledge in the University is the main objective of this program. 

I graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in September 2012.
