Coordinated the deployment of an SAP integrated “Spend Analysis” solution in eight Latin America countries (AR, BR, CO, CR, DO, EC, MX) and conducted preliminary analysis for the implementation of an e-Requisition tool (SAP integrated and SRM based).

Project Mgr - Procurement Systems

Supported Order to Cash and Supply Chain processes (i.e. distribution, billing, logistics, collections, etc.)  in Latin America North region, providing SAP services to end users in more than 40 locations. Drove product tracking solution for Latin America with one thousand users, lead an effort to put in place a comprehensive SAP model to allow business operations due to the acquisition of a former company by PMI and also a SAP optimization project for Mexico.

Project Mgr – Supp chain & OTC

Responsible of projects and user support for Sales and Order to Cash applications, this comprises delivering, maintaining and optimizing IS services and solutions within agreed time, budget and quality. During this assignment I worked on the design and implementation of Business Continuity procedures, the replacement of Siebel CRM with an SAP in-house developed CRM for order entry and fulfillment, the roll-out of SAP in 30 distribution centers, the upgrade of SAP from version 4.7 to ERP 2005 and the roll-out in Mexico of PLM System.

Responsible of Stemmery plant applications, which are: Stemmery system and Agronomy System.  Responsible also of providing IT support to field offices and plant processes.

ExpoVIDA is the biggest “health and well being” expo in the State of Mexico. For the last three editions of the event (09 – 11) in addition to my predominant activity, I collaborated as a member of the organizing committee, being responsible of the completion of different logistic and organization activities, such as, media plan definition, analytics of data gathered from event’s visitors, support sales and sponsorship prospecting, layout definition, event operation, stand and event mounting, representation in news conferences, implementation of practitioners programs, and many other activities to be accomplished with high levels of stress, and demanding knowledge of society habits and preferences, promptness in decision making and interaction with government entities.
