This passion for training and success has fostered collaboration across all organizational levels and enabled me to drive strategic initiatives that capture new business opportunities across emerging markets, including the continually evolving healthcare industry. 🔹 Achievements Authoring the successful books The Four Pillars of Sales and The Janitor has allowed me to share my insights and methodologies with a broader audience, emphasizing my commitment to the art and science of sales. The Four Pillars of Sales uses personality styles to communicate effectively throughout the sales process. Additionally, I have had the privilege of growing sales revenue at notable companies, including increasing sales performance at MicroPort Orthopedics, Maxx Orthopedics, and ConforMis (recently acquired by Restore 3D). Being recognized with the President’s Club Award five times at Zimmer Orthopedics and achieving significant sales milestones are among my proudest achievements. 🔹 Leadership Philosophy Leadership is about setting a vision, guiding teams with empathy, and driving toward our goals with determination and integrity. I hold an MBA in Business Administration from Eastern University and am completing a Ph.D. in Leadership Philosophy from Lancaster Bible College in December 2025. In addition to my professional endeavors, I served ten years in The United States Marine Corps. I'm also a pilot and an equine-assisted facilitator.
