I am currently a Senior Industry Advisor for the Worldwide Public Sector - Government team at Microsoft. Over 2 decades, I have specialized in managing digital foresight and innovation strategy programs and provided government CXOs and senior leaders with evidence-based advisories around agile governance structures, change management transformation, next-gen procurement, as well as helped shaped policy and regulations to facilitate the attainment of government digital outcomes. Previously I was the Director and Head of Asia Pacific Public Sector at IDC for 9 years (+4 years earlier) and spent 5 years with the Singapore government in both IDA and IDA international where he did multiple government-to-government digital change management engagements for the governments of Saudi Arabia, Ghana, Kenya, Trinidad & Tobago, and Indonesia.
