I improve customers' experience and interactions by optimising Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system. **𝐂𝐑𝐌 stands for Customer Relationship Management. A package of integrated software solutions that helps manage and maintain customer relationships, track sales leads, marketing, and pipeline, and delivers actionable data. Did you know that 60% of data analyst time is preparing the data to then be analysed and interpreted? This is where I come in. I am part of a talented team of analysts within the in-house Business Development department looking at efficiently managing customer interactions from the interpretation of collected data across the customer service lifecycle. To some extent, it is no surprise I am interested in data science because in my job I get to examine the patterns in the system in order to draw conclusions and make better decisions. (Although I don’t live on Baker Street, and neither do I wear a white coat at work). I support local good causes as regularly as I can: I give money, I give time, and I give blood. In my spare time, I am either travelling or planning the next trip, because I strongly believe that exposure to other cultures is essential to remain open-minded.
