George S. Georgiades is an experience General Counsel and regulatory counsel in the emerging fields of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency. He has served in several executive leadership roles as well as represented clients both in the US and internationally on private and public capital formation transactions, complex cross-border transactions, regulatory compliance, and formation of financial institutions. As the a former Interim-CEO and General Counsel, he led the development and launch of a suite of financial and blockchain technology solutions. Previously, he co-founded and served as the General Counsel of blockchain and fintech infrastructure institutions achieving over ~$70M ARR and served as first GC of another regulated institution that achieved ~$100M ARR. He is passionate about building high growth financial technologies companies that create greater access to financial services.
