Bostan Eastern IFM & Supply Services - Global Private Limited

Founded and established Bostan Eastern (Pvt) Limited,  a Facilities Management company to improve the quality of support  services, in Operations and Maintenance of the facilities and properties, in corporate, diplomatic and government sectors in the capital territory of Islamabad, with a vision to expand in other cities of Pakistan.

Currently establishing regional head office of Bostan Eastern (Pvt) Limited with the Ministry of Investment - MISA and Chamber of Commerce, capital Riyadh in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, to operate in the Middle East & North Africa - MENA region.

Business contracts with the clients in the following projects from planning, construction,  procurement, and execution in the following projects:

 Construction and Operations of Porta Cabin resort hotel in Naran, North Pakistan.
 Construction & Operations of Studio lodges in Skardu, North Pakistan.
 Construction and Operations of Catering Facilities with an Executive Dining hall, and Implementation of Health, Safety & Environment- HSE Procedures at the Deputy Commissioner's Office, Islamabad, Pakistan.

Ma'aden Infrastructure Company

￼•	Supervising Catering Operations for MIC an Infrastructure company of Ma’aden (Saudi Mining Company) operated by SODEXO with their Saudi Partner NCMS – National Company of Management Services. A project value of three million Saudi Riyals.
•	Evaluating and monitoring the quality and quantity service levels of the contractor in compliance to Ma’aden.
•	Menu planning, food festivals, events management, Performance evaluation, QA & QC monitoring to maintain consistency.
•	Coordination with the Royal Commission of Saudi Arabia – RC for government audits, evaluation and implement RC rules and regulations.
•	KPI controller and auditor.

Facilities Manager

Real Estate Development & Investment Company -REDICO

•	Responsible for developing Method Statements, Safety Procedures, Record Keeping. Risk Registers, Internal and External Audits, Reporting, Implement safety standards of the Royal Commission of Saudi Arabia through their contractor BECHTEL. 
•	Recruitment, training, and coordinating with other departments and conducting Safety Meetings.

Defense Housing Authority

•	Provided operational and marketing consultations to the Executive Management of DHA, Islamabad for Operations of four (4) Star club during the construction phase.
•	Coordinating with Director Sales – DHA in developing marketing campaign for the launch of the club.
•	Developing management systems for operations and department managers, overlooking all service areas of the club as the deputy general manager.

Serena Hotel (Member of the Leading Hotels of the World)

•	Client management of six hundred clients in private, corporate, government and non-government, diplomatic sectors all across Pakistan.
•	Sales of hotel products and services by developing promotions and plans. 
•	Organized major events and banqueting for armed forces, embassies, corporates and private sectors

•	Led a team of eight (8) sales officers to sell telecommunication packages and services in Islamabad and Rawalpindi market in all sectors to achieve sales targets.
•	Design and customize cost effective solutions for the clients while maintaining strong customer relationship. Keep abreast of current technology and market trends.

•	Managing daily front desk operations for guest services, concierge, reservations.
•	Coordinate with hotel and travel companies in United States, Europe and Asia.

•	Managing front office staff, operations and working within the budget. 
•	Responsible of hiring and firing, training. Keeping a “Guest First” policy with an emphasis on increasing guest satisfaction and hotel revenue.
