➜ Assisted the page in reaching more than 12,000 impression rates within the first six months.
➜ Achieved the highest number of views in terms of article readership within the first month of joining the team.
➜ Proactive in working closely with the co-founder to ideate and polish our content strategy for the pillars that I'm managing.
➜ Independently managing their LinkedIn page, improving RR's capacity to create content by 20% (allowing them to experiment with different kinds of content like videos and short-form content).

1. Diligently monitor articles to ensure they are free of typos and grammatical errors.
2. Enhancing articles' credibility by adding reliable references and citations.
3. Rectifying any instances of page vandalism.
4. Creating new articles that offer valuable information to readers.
5. As of November 2024, I have made over 7000 edits.

Throughout the internship, I am honing my writing skills, gaining valuable industry insights, and contributing to Schoters' marketing initiatives.

During this project-based internship for the 2023 Winter Break, I am actively contributing to the development and review of IPDC's curriculum as they prepare to migrate to a new website, 

My responsibilities specifically focus on:

1. Content Review and Revision
Analyzing existing training materials hosted on the old website, identifying typos, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.

2. Clarity and Readability
Ensuring content is clear, concise, and easily understandable for learners of diverse backgrounds and learning styles.

3. Website Migration Preparation
Adapting and optimizing content for seamless migration to a new website platform.

4. Curriculum Development and Review
Applying best practices in instructional design to enhance learning outcomes.

5. Content Analysis and Editing
Identifying and correcting errors, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

6. Communication and Collaboration
Working effectively and remotely with IPDC's IT team to ensure quality and alignment.

BLÜPRINT competition is meant to be the starting point for the group to connect old ideas and pave the way for new beginnings. These are my key responsibilities as part of the R&D division:

1. Research potential judges.
2. Generate theme ideas.
3. Establish scoring criteria. 
4. Contribute to the refinement of competition categories.
5. Assisting in identifying suitable participants from high schools across Indonesia.
