•  Ensured email status with the ISPs remains in good standing; working closely to resolve and troubleshoot any deliverability-type issues (ISP blocking, ISP blacklisting, anti-spam filtering).
•  Provided subject matter expertise on email marketing campaign best practice and regulation, including CAN-SPAM and online privacy as well as how data integrates with Salesforce solution.
•  Reviewed key aspects of the email design, build and deployment processes to ensure optimal quality, rendering quality, and subscriber segmentation and delivery accuracy.
•  Worked with stakeholders to develop and measure key performance indicators to ensure marketing campaigns are impactful, delivered on-time, accurately tracked, and adhere to the Liberty Mutual principles and policies.
•  Worked with the customer and campaign team to understand key campaign parameters and inputs, such as subscriber audience, program frequency, degree of personalization and overall creative approach and develop an appropriate, campaign-specific testing approach.

•	Worked closely with PGA Tour and Champions Tour team to ensure brand is promoted through various online reach and offline marketing materials 
•	Managed online communications portal, conduct field visits and serve as internal liaison to support 500-person sales force’s business needs
•	Managed agency relationships by maintaining consistent communications between team and clients;
•       Created marketing materials and educational tools such as surgical technique brochures, product catalogs, animations, etc.; designed and distributed email campaigns using ExactTarget email solutions

Dubai Dreamin' wasn’t just a conference; it was an experience..a while VIBE ✨ . During the closing keynote, I asked the room to pause, look around, and really take in this moment.
