I am a seasoned and visionary IT leader and strategist with over 25 years of hands-on experience in delivering IT solutions and services across various industries and geographies. As the Country Manager Iraq at Excellence Delivered (ExD), I am responsible for overseeing the operations and growth of one of Pakistan's biggest systems integration companies in the Iraqi market. My passion is to use my extensive and diverse IT skills and knowledge to transform legacy IT systems and processes into modern and agile digital platforms that support business objectives and customer needs. I have successfully led and executed several IT projects and initiatives in infrastructure, applications, data, project management, and ERP, using best practices and frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, TOGAF, ISO 27001, and AGILE. I have also worked with leading IT vendors and partners such as IBM, Shell, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, and IFS, and have gained expertise in cloud and mobile computing, information and cyber security, operational technology, and process control systems.
