After graduating from Politecnico di Milano in Engineering of Computing Systems, I joined Hewlett-Packard as a Technology Consultant. Immersed in Performance Testing for a major Oil & Gas company, I utilized tools like Performance Center, LoadRunner, Diagnostics, and SiteScope. This experience honed my organizational skills, attention to detail, and teamwork, while deepening my understanding of diverse application architectures. In 2015, I joined ENGIE Italia as an IT Business Analyst in the CRM department. I designed, managed, and maintained multi-channel CRM applications, ensuring adherence to KPIs and SLAs. From 2017 to 2020, I also served as Proxy Product and Board Owner, overseeing web portals and mobile app demand and delivery, leading cross-functional teams and managing large development projects using Agile methodologies. In December 2020, I became a Technical Delivery Manager and Senior Analyst at Italiaonline, where I led project delivery within the Salesforce ecosystem, overseeing multiple cross-functional teams and ensuring quality and timely completion of initiatives. In July 2023, I joined Sisal as a PM & AMS Governance Manager, responsible for driving governance of Application Maintenance Systems and Project Management within the Management Systems Factory. I optimize resource allocation, oversee project management procedures, and uphold industry best practices.
