-	Givaudan (Swiss Fragrance Company): Oversaw the relocation and upgrade of their office to a Grade B+ building. Ensured that the laboratory functions were adequately accommodated during the lease period and project execution.
-	ELCA (Swiss IT Company): Managed the relocation and upgrade of their office to a Grade B+ building. This substantial project involved a large area and a long-term lease commitment.
-	Other clients: Successfully served clients such as Medtronic, KBTG (K-Bank), VPS Securities, and Philips...
These achievements highlight my ability to handle diverse projects and deliver successful outcomes, meeting the specific needs and requirements of each client.

Senior Manager, Head of Tenant Representative

Oversee leasing activities, develop strategies, negotiate lease agreements, and maintain client relationships. Account management and strategic development responsibilities led to a transition into a customer representation role. Notable deals during this period include:
- ABB (semiconductor company): Oversaw the relocation and upgrade of their office to Grade A standard. Provided market consultancy, identified suitable options for the client, and ensured timely fit-out according to the planned schedule.
- Shinhan Insurance: Secured a new lease and managed the project during the COVID-19 period. Provided market consultancy services in the insurance sector and successfully negotiated and executed the project.
- Baker McKenzie (law firm): Managed the relocation of their main office in HCMC. This project involved not only the office relocation but also ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations for the building.

Leasing Manager

Play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, research potential tenants, conduct site inspections, and negotiate lease agreements in Commercial Leasing.
Continuing to oversee the Friendship Tower project as the representative of the investor, my responsibilities included client acquisition, support during site visits, price negotiation, and contract agreements. The project achieved success with its initial clients:
- Banpu Power (Thai energy company): Successfully secured their partnership in the project.
- Boydens Engineering (Construction company): Established a collaboration and achieved positive outcomes.
- Geodis Logistics (European transportation company): Formed a partnership and achieved successful cooperation.
These achievements highlight my ability to attract and engage prominent clients in the Friendship Tower project, contributing to its overall success.

Senior Leasing Executive

Began my journey in the leasing industry by acquiring knowledge and keeping up with market trends. Success was marked by securing two major deals with the following clients:
-	Tafico (a cement company) - They sought to relocate and expand their office, opting for an upgrade to a Grade B building. The project presented a challenge as it required completion within a short time frame despite its substantial size.
-	DSM Nutrition Products (a European nutrition food company) - They aimed to relocate and upgrade their office to a Grade A building. Our task was to ensure the project's timely completion while successfully negotiating the client's stipulated rights and benefits.
Took on the role of project coordinator for Friendship Tower, our inaugural Grade A project. My tasks encompassed providing support in pricing, establishing a rapport with the investor, and collaborating on marketing efforts to formulate an advertising strategy and shape the building's overall image.
