I have more than 20 years of IT expertise in international organizations, living in different countries. I studied in Italy, Costa Rica, UK, US and France. I hold an executive Master in Information System Management from HEC Paris Business School. I attended courses at Harvard and European Institute of Innovation. As for my professional experience, I led complex programmes with distributed and diverse teams. I helped business to opened new challenging markets in the whole Europe, Africa and Middle East. I have the chance to speak four languages on a daily basis being in charge of South Europe for my current company Clifford Chance where I cover the position of IT Director. I am an ambassador of Agile methodologies and Lean Management in order to deliver the right products to clients in a timely manner. My strongest skills are in managing multi-cultural environments within M&A projects, re-organization and turnaround. I am passionate about change and innovation. I am a strong believer of applying startup principles in structured organizations to unleash necessary evolution of products. I am focusing currently in Artificial Intelligence solutions and blockchain. I worked alongside brilliant CEOs and top executives. I was able to grow in multiple sectors like Manufacturing, Hospitality, Professional Services, Legal, Energy and Public. I support early failures to experiment alternatives business models which challenge the status quo. Digital transformation is in my blood, I leverage technology to make business processes more efficient. I like to work in flat organization embracing horizontal management and giving extensive autonomy to teams. I believe in creating coaches, mentors and facilitators rather than managers.
