PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
The primary responsibility of the Client Implementation Consultant is to embed CCUBE into the business processes of dealer groups and practices during onboarding. The role will involve analysing the historical processes of each business and migrating them to CCUBE using out-of-the-box configurations, content, and CCUBE features. If gaps are identified, the Client Implementation Consultant will work in conjunction with the Product Team to determine workarounds and/or feature enhancements. Once the analysis is complete, the Client Implementation Consultant will be responsible for ensuring uptake of the new CCUBE processes through a combination of showcases, preparation of training content and use cases, and in person training. 
This Client Implementation Consultant will work in closely with a Client Implementation Specialist to complete onboarding. The specialist will project manage the technical aspects of onboarding clients to CCUBE including data migration and third-party integrations. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•	Evaluate the 4 key processes of each financial planning business migrating to CCUBE: new client, review, FDS, and opt-in; 
•	Analyse the historical output of each business (SOAs, admin letters, etc.); 
•	Showcase CCUBE out-of-the-box capabilities tailored to meet the objectives of each business;
•	Determine when dealer group sign-off and/or compliance oversight is required on any configurations; 
•	Train the dealer group champion on how to configure out-of-the-box content going forward; 
•	Continuously improve out-of-the-box content based on learnings from each business we onboard;
•	Deploy Learning Management System to each user, monitor uptake, and provide in-person training when appropriate; 
•	Ensure CCUBE is embedded in the business and users are trained before completing onboarding and handing over to client services; 
•	Gather client feedback and share lessons learnt with other CCUBE teams to improve future onboarding;

Business Analyst - Client Implementation Consultant

The Business Analyst is responsible for the following within the CFP network:
.
a)	Documentation and review of Business Requirements
        •	Develop a detailed understanding of the CFP processes, systems and procedures
        •	Development of comprehensive business requirements including:
                o	Translating and simplifying business requirements
o	Documentation of business requirements (business and technical)
        •	Review and provide feedback on business requirements developed by CBA Group projects as they relate to CFP

b)	Creation and maintenance of key business documents
        •	Creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures for CFP
        •	Conduct cost/benefit analysis
        •	Business case development

c)	Productivity and Solution Focus
        •	Identification of opportunities for process improvement across business functions and processes in line with process excellence principles
        •	Conduct ongoing needs analysis and identify and recommend appropriate data and reporting solutions
        •	Utilise knowledge of modelling techniques and methods to develop business solutions

d)	Facilitation of workshops
        •	Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and project working groups to develop requirements or gather feedback
        •	Prepare presentations as required
        •	Prepare documentation and minutes of meetings as required

e)	CFP  representative on CBA Group projects:
        •	Represent CFP as a Subject Matter Expert on CFP or CBA Group projects
        •	Document risks and issues as required

Responsible for documenting and communicating standard process & procedures to the national Prevet and Paraplanning team

Business representative for projects / liaising with other departments 

Business representative for other departments e.g. Advice Documentation for liaising changes and ensuring that their impact on the Paraplanning team process are understood, documented, implemented and communicated to the team. 

Communicating a suitable work-around to the team where a defect may have been encountered in a system and managing the permanent solution fix. Ensure that the work-around is embedded in the team processes where appropriate.

Communicating changes to team for consistent approach 

Documenting training manuals. 

Identifying training gaps via monitoring of Skills & Competency matrix (and accreditation where required) and devising a training plan for the team (in conjunction with team managers).

Facilitating training sessions. 

General system trouble shooting and associated documentation/resolution if required 

Providing system and technical support to management team where required 

Change champion - Responsible for embedding and reinforcing change within business. 

To establish, build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders in the Paraplanning network.

To proactively ensure that own job related skill levels are maintained and enhanced via appropriate technical and self-development training.

To actively contribute to continually improving the end-to-end customer experience and Prevet and Paraplanning process.

To proactively identify and escalate potential operational risks, issues or opportunities that are raised.

To actively support and be an advocate for the achievement of team and business goals and objectives.

Senior Productivity and Business Analyst

Assist the deployment project by collecting data as required

Be an advocate for Lean Six Sigma and Business Process Improvement.
Track and calculate benefits.

Monitor the effectiveness of huddles, Visual management Boards and trending of metrics.

Pulse check mindsets and behaviours (via culture surveys). 

Embed a culture of Continuous Improvement across the business as it relates to Lean.
