I’m Giann, and I am where creativity and business strategy intersect. I have a creative background as a Creative Director which has provided me with both a foundation and innovative perspective that allows me to understand and engage in all parts of the creative, branding, and digital advertising process. My left brain comes in to turn that creativity into strategy. My superpower is leveraging creative tools to help scale online businesses. For over a decade, I have worked with a multitude of clients both corporate and independent. I’ve founded and sold my own creative agencies and now I’m ready to tackle a new and fresh challenge. I’ve had success as a team leader as I excel in collaborating with people and fostering effective teamwork. I believe that successful companies are built by exceptional teams, and I always endeavor to inspire my team to see creative and innovative visions through to execution. Building strong team dynamics that apply diverse skills and perspectives to achieve a common goal and account for business objectives and strategic planning is where my strengths lie.
