Senior Team Product/ Program Manager

Responsible for Core Networking and Connection Management stack for Windows Phone 7.0, 7.5 and 8. Led an initiative to reduce data consumption and increase efficiency and customer satisfaction, working closely with MS VPs, Mobile Operators senior leadership world-wide. Creating world class innovation and 13 patents in the networking field. 

Drove architectural alignments in the platform as well as cross group and cross divisional work streams 
Drove a divisional effort to reduce cellular data consumption, and achieved over 80% savings per plan per month for customers and Mobile Operators

Senior Technical Product/ Program Manager (IC)

Architected and drove a realignment of support orgs across Microsoft, leveraging low cost ‘Consumer Support’ with high availability ‘Enterprise Support’. Drove the creation of a new specialized SaaS (Software as a Service) support infrastructure. Resulted in millions of dollars in annual savings, and increasing customer satisfaction.
Worked closely with Exchange top leadership, support VPs, and other senior leaders across the company to bring vision to life, benefiting clients around the world, and creating a benchmark service solution model 

Owned a cross divisional coordination and alignment project working with senior leaders across the company to address DST issue identification, patching and client engagement across all of Microsoft products
