Drove a divisional effort to reduce cellular data consumption, and achieved over 600% savings per plan per month

Senior Technical Product/ Program Manager (IC)

Architected and drove a realignment of support orgs across Microsoft, leveraging low cost ‘Consumer Support’ with high availability ‘Enterprise Support’. Drove the creation of a new specialized SaaS (Software as a Service) support infrastructure. Resulted in millions of dollars in annual savings, and increasing customer satisfaction
Owned the DST project which included cross divisional coordination and alignment of patch and tool shipping to address time zone changes across the world and across all of Microsoft products 
Participated in “SEWS”, an early warning system, managed by leaders from across the company. Identified, reviewed and triaged high impact business issues, and drove recommendation  across the company

Technical Product/ Program Manager (IC)

Drove the division's shiproom as part of the Quality Milestone for the division. Worked with partners in and outside of the division to create alignment on schedules and processes. This resulted in a high quality release of Visual Studio on a solid tool set

Owned the a developer experience  in Visual Studio, leveraging in depth competitive and business analysis of competitors together with customer needs back into the development process across the org
