Chef Gilda is a Le Cordon Bleu graduate and a seasoned Executive Sous Chef at Soho House & Co, a global network of private members' clubs and restaurants. She joined the Soho family in August 2023, bringing her passion for farm-to-table cuisine, local sourcing, and food diversity to the Soho Warehouse Art District, a creative hub and social space in downtown LA. Prior to Soho House, Chef Gilda was the Chef de Cuisine of SoFi Stadium, the world's most expensive sports venue and the home of the LA Rams and Chargers. She oversaw the menu development and culinary operations for game days and special events, feeding thousands of guests, staff, media, and players with high-quality and innovative dishes. She also trained and mentored a team of cooks, building a refined culinary workforce for the stadium. Chef Gilda is a strong advocate for supporting and empowering female chefs in the industry, and a proud representative of the many food cultures of LA.
