·   Prepared the financial report about the impact of renewing / not renewing the current mainframes
·   Result: Savings year over year in licensing alone paying for the acquisition of the mainframes which in turn enabled saving
    in mainframes software in the order of 20% yearly.
·   Developed and maintained strong client relationships at senior levels
·   Worked in collaboration with the CIO to reduce the impact of the Data-center as a center of cost
·   Result: Retirement of 200 Intel based servers 96 UNIX servers in each of the Data-centers which enabled substantial power and cooling savings .
Led the technical IBM Team working in conjunction with the engineering firm into designing, scoping, financing of the Montreal subway control and security system
· Developed the infrastructure of the data-center, as well as optimizing the cooling, and archiving solutions.
· Result: Deployment on time of the infrastructure enabling testing and deployment of other hardware solutions to be
attached to the control systems ie,. SCADA, Security Cameras, and other integrated systems
Led the technical IBM Team working in conjunction with the research team at a Pharmaceutical into the acquisition of therefirst IBM supercomputer.
Went from “guy's you have 10 minutes to present your solution to me” coming from the CIO to “What would you like for  lunch?  I have a meeting at 2pm and would like to continue til the last minute” .
Result:  Deployment of an optimal supercomputer at the research facility located outside of the corporate Data-center.  The first of a few worldwide using innovative solution like the rack cooling door, giving the customer what they wanted “ NO IMPACT on the current AC system “
