I led and grew the Berlin office and team of 15+ Marketing Managers and Customer Support Specialists with the objective of maximizing the global growth and revenue - in 6 languages - while providing the best customer support. In 2.5 years we went from 30'000 to 100'000+ customers and I exceeded YoY revenue hyper-growth targets by 22% in 2017 and 28% in 2018. 

My responsibilities included:
- defining and managing the marketing strategy and budget with clear KPIs and OKRs
- reaching monthly and yearly revenue targets in our key territories (6 languages) 
--> Exceeded YoY revenue hypergrowth targets by 22% in 2017 and 28% in 2018
- growing and managing our international team of marketers and customer support (hiring/staffing)
- streamlining communication, training, and processes within the team and between the Berlin office and the Zurich headquarters
- Reporting to the CEO and sharing its vision to our Berlin office
- Creating a work culture which enables the team to thrive within our international environment
- Coordinate communication between the tech team and our marketing and customer support team for the launch of new products 
- Increasing global revenue and maximizing ROI from our marketing budget by optimizing
user acquisition and conversion via our Content Marketing Strategy, Social Media Ads, SEA, Email Marketing, Affiliate marketing, Partnerships, Display Ads, SEO, A/B Testing.
- Launching into one new market in 2019 (Brazil)
- Making sure our team provides the best support to our 100 000+ artists (answering time < 24h)
- Beside that, I also supervised operations for the Berlin office (finding and setting up a new office, continuously improve work environment, internal and external event management)
