Build and lead a team of data-driven product marketers to identify user behaviors that indicate a need for additional products and then provide AE enablement for the Platform Cloud a $1B ACV business unit. Lead strategy and execution of MarOps programs and messaging for Heroku, a $108M ACV business unit.
•  In FY23, my team developed and ran six unique, data-driven GTM growth programs that produced $76M in ACV, more than double the previous year.
•  Spoke at weekly meetings with global sales leaders to identify latency within the sales process and developed messaging and campaigns designed to meet those in-market needs.
•  Developed and actioned on goals that aligned with Platform Cloud GTM VP and marketing SVP initiatives to ensure that all growth campaigns aligned with organizational messaging and metrics. 
•  Set and executed the MarOps strategy with Heroku, VP of Operations, for identifying and communicating to over 5 million users about major operational changes.
•  Lead an agency team on the audit and major overhaul of Heroku’s automated demand gen programs and messaging that deliver over 40,000 emails per month.

🧭  Endeavor acquired PennWell in 2018. I was the lead marketer on the flagship brands that Endeavor sought to acquire.

In this role I led marketing strategy for six brands, two market research units, and four national events by acting as senior marketing manager. Fostered effective interaction with VPs, publishers, and researchers to establish/communicate clear goals for advertiser acquisition, audience development, and digital marketing strategies.
