How I got here… I started with Accenture in 1997 and immediately put my computer science degree to use. I "grew up" in the firm as a technology architect and used this foundation to jump into new technologies and industries for each project. Back then everything was new for everybody. I discovered that my deep curiosity and high energy thrive in the unknown. As the technology world matured, I kept jumping into the dark space. I got known for being able to deliver the most “hairy” complex cross-technology global programs, while building strong teams and senior client relationships. In 2011, I took this unique breadth and depth to join the founding leadership team of a new Solution Architecture organization to construct our largest multi-technology, multi-tower transformation deals for the Products industry. When Accenture Interactive (now Song) was born, I took this experience and shifted focus to building the Solution Architecture organization for Digital. This is where I rounded out my enterprise systems experience with B2B/B2C systems and developed a deeper understanding of the full customer ecosystem. In 2015, I reached an inflection point. My time with Greenpeace as a part of Accenture’s Development Practice had a profound lasting impact on me. I wanted to apply my experience and work ethic to directly enable sustainable businesses. I was granted an entrepreneur visa from Spain where I founded SHAREMRKT. We launched at Ouisharefest Barcelona, then extended SHAREMRKT to 7 EU/US cities for 9 categories to better connect the emerging sharing/ peer-to-peer economy. Since then, I’ve worked in this dual capacity – building my impact-driven startups and Accenture in a number of leadership roles ranging from the Enterprise Solution Architecture organization for Mega/Market Maker deals to Strategic Asset Product Development.
