At the end of the day, my job involves people. We're complicated, we're always changing, we have millions of things going on in our lives, and changing jobs is ALWAYS a big decision. One of my first memories in school, is going to a parent teacher conference in kindergarten and having my teacher tell my parents, "Gina is definitely one of my most talkative, no matter where I move her in class she communicates with everyone!" Throughout my life I have developed this art of being able to communicate with anyone at any given time. Throughout my career I worked as temp build my skills and and knowledge, I works in many different filed which I think lend me to where I am at now which I know I could Excel in. I started my journey As a receptionist which then lend me to information Technology all because of a program called Year UP it’s was an intense year program but it open the door to manny opportunities for me which lend me back to Customer service Over the year I worked at many firms Down from Property management ,construction firms , Health centers. Which Boriken Health center being my most recent job in the last two years where over saw the Covid vaccine site and throughout the last two year I learned Lot and how to deal with challenges. Which lead me to my operations coordinate a job at Union-settlement! I have always wanted give back and build and Union-settlement has open that door for me and my girls!! When I'm not at work or in denial about having a social life, I'm at home mothering my favourite my two little munchkin. My daughters are my absolute rock and has helped me to really understand my purpose. The love I have for my daughters is so infectious that I can't help but radiate it onto anyone I cross paths with. I truly just want us all to succeed, and will go out of my way to ensure that.!!
