So, I made a big mistake early on. This is the first time I'm sharing it.

We pioneered the all-in-one community at Mighty Networks. 
Community, events, courses, payments, growth features — all in one place, under your brand.

We were proud of it. 
It was what our customers said wanted. 
They called it an all-in-one platform, so we went with it.

Then we looked at the data. 😱

The Hosts winning on Mighty weren't using ALL the features. 
They were using FEWER features BETTER.

They were on native mobile apps. 
Their members were talking to each other, not just consuming content. 
They were using Community Design (our framework).
