• Facilitated business requirements gathering, requirements analysis and solution compliance meetings between client, client’s business partner and DXC to design solution in compliance with EU legislation. Solution approved by DXC management and client stakeholders, handed over for the implementation phase.
• Managed multiple projects during Transition & Transformation phase. 

T&T Tower Lead
• Led Global team to launch Client Site Support (CSS) services in alignment with domestic and international shipment policies in ASIA (4 Go Live waves,15 countries, 62 sites) and AMER (3 Go Live waves, 10 countries, 74 sites).
• Led project kick off sessions in ASIA and AMER with local clients, counterpart and DXC local managers by going through contractual KPI’s and gathering local user needs, pain points, grey areas, and opportunities. Resulting in developed region-specific service launch strategy and end user communication plan.
• Facilitated client workshops to gather feedback why Service launch failed in EMEA to meet contractual KPIs.
• Managed high probability risks with impact to client business and financial implications to DXC, solved critical issues to launch global services.
• Developed and maintained gap analysis roadmap.
• Designed service support model customized to user needs per region.
• CSS progress/improvements positively recognized by Steering committee.

PM
• Developed and managed Storage Product roadmap in alignment with CSC Alliance (DellEMC, NetApp, HDS, IBM) partners roadmap.
• Designed and implemented Product Operational Readiness process. 6 product were signed off by Sales, Marketing, Build and Delivery organizations as ready to market products.
• Managed server refresh backlog.
• Designed and implemented hardware removal process with 3rd party, which resulted in meeting contractual KPI for the first time since the program started in 2012.
