Responsible for facility maintenance department, 19 man crew 3 shift 24/7 operation, as well as overall facility management.  In charge of keeping plant wide production equipment operational to reduce overall production downtime while increasing throughput.   Responsible for yearly shutdown to repair/improve equipment requiring complete plant shutdown and start up without delay.

Maintenance / Facilities Manager

General Electric

Manager of production facility with $32 Million VCP.  Responsible for all aspects of production, maintenance and safety for 32 man 24/7 production force.  Responsible for setting yearly production goals and facility budget.  In charge of continual improvement of product quality while increasing plant output.

Site Manager (Highland Operations)

Team Leader in charge of $12 million VCP Shop.  Responsible for production scheduling and personal for approximately 50 employees 24/7 operation.  In charge of setting conversion budget and meeting set goals for production year.  Responsible for continual process improvement, increased production and product quality.  Team Leader in charge of maintenance department, 21 employees, responsible for maintaining plant wide equipment.  Control plant maintenance budget required meeting monthly spending goals.

Team Leader (Tungsten Products Plant)

Plant engineer responsible for maintaining equipment beyond routine maintenance.  Work closely with maintenance personnel to keep equipment at peak performance.  Investigate methods for improving equipment performance to provide overall savings.  Ergonomics champion responsible for heading plant ergo team to identify and correct ergo issues.  Energy champion responsible for identifying plant energy demands and methods to reduce overall consumption.

Plant Manufacturing Engineer (Tungsten Products Plant)

Crown Solutions, Inc.

Water treatment consultant responsible for maintaining existing client base and increasing territory.  Responsible for testing and maintaining client water treatment equipment while recommending process improvements.  Determine savings associated with improved water treatment equipment and process.

Water Management Consultant
