From HR to Sales to Head of Staff, I’ve experienced every side of what it means to scale a startup from the inside: creating processes, leading recruiting, structuring compensation models, and aligning people strategy with business goals.

At Pack, I’ve helped shape our culture, design performance systems, and bridge the gap between founders’ vision and team execution. 

My mission is to help people and organizations reach their potential: sustainably, strategically, and humanly.

Now I’m on a journey to redefine how we think about performance, leadership, and growth inside startups, and to make “people excellence” a true business advantage.

Every time I reach out to a potential candidate, I remind myself: recruiting is not a chase, it’s a conversation.

Sometimes, the person I contact isn’t interested.
But instead of closing the tab, I ask one more question:

“Do you know someone who might be a better fit?”

And here’s the best part, if we end up hiring that person, they get a referral bonus.

Because helping someone find the right opportunity deserves recognition.

It’s a small gesture, but it changes everything.

Recruiting stops being transactional.
It becomes collaborative.

In the end, people don’t just build companies.
People build people.

This week I had a conversation with a Head of Staff from another fast-growing startup who reached out for advice.
Same challenges I’ve seen again and again:
— processes living in different people’s heads
— teams operating in silos
— OKRs written once and never cascaded
— no shared playbooks
— no weekly alignment
— no ownership per step
— lots of energy, but no system to sustain it

And honestly… I get it.
Most companies don’t break because of lack of talent.
They break because there’s no structure that connects the talent.

We ended up going deep on:
• how to standardize playbooks across teams
• how to set weekly rituals that actually create alignment
• how to build accountability through clear ownership
• how to automate recruiting and performance reviews on Notion
• how to create a culture where expectations are visible, not assumed

What struck me is this:
as you grow in your role, you start realizing that leadership isn’t just about improving your team.
It’s about helping other operators think more clearly, move faster, and avoid the mistakes you’ve already made.

🚨 This is not your typical job post.
(Because nothing at Pack is “typical,” honestly.)

Between onboarding, coordinating mentors, French clients coming in, processes to build… we realized we need an Operations Specialist.

You’ll work closely with our Chief Product Officer (and other highly active humans).
Some days you’ll be in international projects.
Other days you’ll run agendas, follow-ups, materials, workflows…

It’s part operator, part project wrangler, part “keeping everyone alive.”
