I started my running career as a middle distance runner 20 years ago.After 12 years in the Greek podium with many national achievements(more than 15 times between 4-12 place in national championships),I turned my career at mountain running and marathon.At 2019 I represented my country at the European trail running championship and also I ran my one and only road marathon in Athens classic marathon in time 2,36. Since then I had numerous achievements at races between 20-110km. I am the founder of the L-Crew since 2017. L crew is not just a running team but a family who loves running either in elite or recreational level. Through our crew we support each other inside and outside of the track and field. We consist of more than 100 individuals where some are triathletes, endurance runners and trail runners . There are also some people who are focused in fitness and some few* who prefer small distance (100-400m) *since 2021
