Since 2010, I am authorized in Luxembourg by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF), as Conducting Officer and Director of "Management Company", and since I was also approved as multiple Director of investment funds (SICAV, SICAR, SIF). I am also Director of Soparfis, SPF, SPV (Securitization). In 2011, it is the Autorité des Marchés Financier (AMF) in France, which authorized me as a Financial Investment Advisor (FIA).
