I led the worldwide outsourced technical support organisation of 1200 people providing Windows operating system support to commercial customers.

I led the UK team of 10 customer success managers who owned Microsoft’s largest Dynamics 365 and PowerApps customers with £90M of annual contract investment. 

Clients included HSBC, Rolls Royce, Centrica, Ministry of Defence, Dyson, Hiscox and more. 

I was a member of the UK senior leadership team, responsible for ~$1B revenue with 600 staff.

I was responsible for the P&L with £24M gross profit, and 90 people across sales, solution architecture, marketing, customer service and alliances. 

•	Delivered increases of 45% EBITDA and 32% GP in two years   
•	Overachieved targets for eight straight quarters.
•	Tripled YoY proportion of new logo revenue with £2.2M from new customers in 2017.

I managed an organisation of 165 people. 65 were in European technical presales roles, and 100 in service management and Level 1-4 technical roles. 

•	Delivered ~£23M annual revenue growth (28% YoY) in UK and European markets.

I was hired to grow Australia and Asia-Pacific by developing a go-to-market plan including sales, partnerships, cloud advocacy, and media engagement. Worked closely with AWS and Azure.
I led a cross-functional team to re-orient towards an enterprise-first go-to-market strategy.

•	Won a pivotal enterprise sale to Coles’ (a $34B retailer with 100K employees) for the cloud migration of 600 applications to AWS and CloudStack.

Sales Director, Asia-Pacific - AWS, Azure and hybrid cloud management

Cisco

I led the market transition towards opex by coaching service sales teams across Asia-Pacific. I also sold to major accounts and devised governance for complex deals.
•	Created the complex deals qualification process for ~$5M+ managed services deals in Asia-Pacific.
•	Secured a $170M pipeline for Dept of Defence, the country’s second-largest client.

Senior Manager

Managed a services sales team of five for BP plc globally, with target of $15M of new bookings and service delivery. BP was a Cisco top 20 global customer.

•	Delivered 48% YoY revenue growth from FY08 – FY09 and 62% YoY growth from FY07 – FY08.

Apple

Defined and executed a market-entry strategy for Apple servers and storage products into the Federal government and Defence. 
Achieved world first deal with Apple acting as prime and systems integrator.

Sales, bid management and solution design of IBM services to build, manage and run IT infrastructure such as software implementation, sub-1500 seat outsourcing and major technology migration.

I specialise in scaling revenue systems for growth into large organisations. I align sales, solution engineering,  customer success and support into a profitable go-to-market and customer retention engine. My strength is improving established B2B sales teams, with high deal values, for complex software or services.

I have been brought on to increase revenue, profits and customer retention, for startups, blue-chip vendors and PE-backed portcos.

I lead revenue operations across sales and customer success. We are a scale-up providing an open-source intelligence (OSINT) platform that magnifies the impact of investigative and analytical teams. Over the past 10 years, Tadaweb has become a leader in the collection and enrichment of information to effectively scale analysts’ impact. Our SaaS platform follows ethical principles, only relying on publicly available information.
