- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables associated with the data implementation project while managing day-to-day operational aspects of the project, including coordinating and scheduling meetings, communicating project updates and progress, and resolving project issues. 
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to define project requirements, identify data sources, and develop data models, monitor, and analyze data quality, accuracy, and timeliness of project deliverables, while playing a key role in the development and implementation processes and procedures for data collection, storage, and analysis.
- Train and coach client staff on the use of data tools and techniques, while ensuring compliance with relevant data privacy and security requirements, and timely preparations of project status reports and communicating project progress to stakeholders.

- Retained as a federal government contractor in the Office of the Associate Director of Communication (OADC), at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as a Sr. Marketing Communications Specialist; leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for a website redesign targeting a multicultural millennial audience. 
- Entrusted with spearheading public information releases for the CDC, conveying new policies, research, and recommendations to the general public in a tech-savvy format. Leveraged expertise in millennial culture and translation to make complex public health information accessible.
- Acted as the Project Control Officer for end-to-end development, creation, and execution of a mobile-ready content and website redesign, collaborating closely with UX and web development teams. Applied an extensive background in health communication to drive project success.

- Retained as federal government contract in the National Center for Birth Defect and Disabilities (NCBDDD) at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), serving as an on-site Senior Software Analyst and Information Specialist specializing in the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) for the FOIAXpress License Users and Development team.
- Leverage analytical expertise to apply knowledge of all nine FOIA federal exemptions, safeguarded under the Freedom of Information Act, in the release of an extensive 300,000+ records. Optimized the entire FOIA review procedure through the utilization of FOIAXpress and conducted comprehensive training sessions for 200+ Full-Time Employees (FTEs).
- Act as the go-to software authority for FOIAXpress, a software solution adopted by numerous agencies to enhance the efficiency of the FOIA review process. Demonstrate adeptness in project management, monitoring, and excel as a client-facing consultant.
