National Learning & Development Coordinator and Sales Trainer

Apple

Joined Apple as a Technology Specialist within their Milton Keynes retail store, after successfully being promoted to an in-store mentor I was then transferred to London as a Learning and Development Project Coordinator responsible for the employee development utilising e-learning, in class and in store training.

Project managing the end-to-end process of  design and development of Apple EMEA’s retail employee learning needs, including course authoring, communications and implementation of learning solutions that were in budget, scope and on time.
Training the trainers in the implementation of new training initiatives, product knowledge and customer experience.
Analysing existing and new employee training and development initiatives to recommend  creative learning and development solutions that fall under critical business requirements and learning needs.
Instructional Designing new employee training programmes, mentor guides and Apples in house e-learning and Digital development platforms.
Responsible for coordinating training, resource, materials, venues and people for new store opening including Amsterdam, Stratford, Bath, Paris and Reading.

Founded Turn On Tune In to be a leading production house and online multimedia content distributor for new music in the UK and small businesses. As Founder I was responsible for managing the whole studio from recruitment, project planning, creative production to online development. I would over see the management and coordination of weekly content creation from creative graphical design to photo/video shoots on location around the UK.
